Shipping policy
Within Nairobi, there are two shipping options:
- Free next-day delivery service for orders above Ksh. 5,000.
- Same-day delivery for orders within Nairobi is available for a KSh 400 charge. These orders must be placed before 4 pm. Otherwise, they will be fulfilled the subsequent day.
Orders outside of Nairobi will be charged a flat rate of KSh. 400 and will be fulfilled within 1-2 days.
Orders outside Kenya will be delivered within 1 - 4 days depending on the courier; you will receive updates on your order.
